Why Was My Profile Creation Backlink Service Rejected?

Hi everyone,
I listed a service for profile creation backlinks, but it got rejected as "disallowed service." I couldn’t find a clear rule about this.

Can anyone clarify:

1. Why are profile creation backlinks not allowed?
   
   
2. Which services are restricted for Level 1 sellers?
   
   
3. How can I modify my service to comply with SEOClerks' rules?
