Why was my SEO Backlink Service Rejected as "Disallowed Service"?

Hello SEOClerks Community,I recently submitted a service offering SEO Backlinks (articles, Web 2.0, profile, directory, PDF, classified ads, contextual links). But after a few hours, I received an email saying my service was rejected due to “disallowed service”.I carefully checked my description and I believe I followed SEOClerks rules. Still, I don’t know exactly what part of my service is not allowed. My questions:

1. What type of SEO services are considered “disallowed” on SEOClerks?
2. Are services like backlinks, directory submission, and article posting allowed?
3. What safe SEO services can I list that won’t get rejected again?
