You can increase your response time by replying to buyers/incoming messages quicker.
Please note that replying quickly to few messages quickly doesn't change your response duration on your public profile immediately because the response time is average response duration. I'm unsure how it is calculated and when it will update so I do not dare to say, but what I can suggest you is that check your mailbox frequently for new updates of new messages/orders from buyers and respond to them.
