    What is the help desk email?

    Everytime I try to email the help desk I get an error. I am also trying to email the support and nobody is answering me and you have no contact number? I am getting an error message whenever I try to contact buyers to buy a service. If my account in on rerstriction then I would like to know why and also I want my money back to my credit card that is in my account then. Please advise ASAP
